Job summary

The Themesoft Inc is seeking a Senior Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll Functional Consultant to lead full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM (Fusion) implementations. You will translate business requirements into scalable payroll designs, configure Fast Formulas, and support payroll operations across GCC locales including UAE, KSA, and Qatar.

You will collaborate with HR, payroll and IT teams, drive testing, documentation, and post-go-live stabilization to ensure compliant, accurate payroll delivery.

Qualifications

• Senior Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll functional experience is required.
• Experience delivering full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM (Fusion) implementations.
• Knowledge of GCC statutory and labor requirements and payroll localization (UAE, KSA, Qatar).

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops, requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, design, configuration, testing, deployment and post-go-live support.
• Configure payroll elements, balances, calculation rules, retroactive processing and deductions.
• Design and validate solutions for GCC localizations and related EOSB, GOSI/PASI, and WPS requirements.
• Drive cross-module integration between Payroll and Core HR, Absence, Benefits, Time & Labor, and GL.
• Prepare design documents, functional specs, workbooks and test scripts.
• Lead system integration testing, payroll parallel runs, UAT, and defect resolution.
• Engage stakeholders across HR, payroll, finance and IT; train users and provide post-go-live support.

Role Descriptions:

We are seeking a Senior Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll Functional Consultant with at least 6 years of Oracle HCM functional experience to lead and deliver full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM (Fusion) implementations. The successful candidate will bring strong cross-functional HCM expertise and deep specialization in Oracle Cloud Payroll, with experience supporting Middle East localizations and global payroll environments. This role will translate business and statutory requirements into scalable system designs, configure functional solutions, develop and troubleshoot Fast Formulas, and support accurate, compliant payroll operations.

• Full-Lifecycle Implementation: Lead discovery workshops, requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support for Oracle Cloud HCM (Fusion) programs.
• Payroll Configuration and Delivery: Configure payroll elements, balances, calculation cards, Fast Formulas, retroactive processing, proration, costing, payroll flows, and related controls.
• Middle East Statutory Compliance: Design and validate payroll solutions aligned with GCC statutory and labor requirements, including UAE, KSA, and Qatar localizations; End of Service Benefits (EOSB); GOSI/PASI contributions; Wage Protection System (WPS) files; and local allowances and deductions.
• Cross-Module Integration: Drive functional integration between Payroll and Core HR, Absence Management, Benefits, Compensation, Time and Labor, and General Ledger.
• Functional Documentation: Prepare solution design documents, Functional Design Documents (FDDs), configuration workbooks, business process documents, test scripts, and operational procedures.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Lead system integration testing, payroll parallel runs, reconciliation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and production-readiness activities.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with HR, payroll, finance, IT, and business teams to clarify requirements, recommend best-practice solutions, and manage functional decisions.
• Training and Support: Train key users, support change adoption, troubleshoot production issues, and provide guidance during payroll cycles and stabilization
