Job summary

ALTRAIZE is seeking a highly skilled Oracle Cloud Payroll Consultant with extensive experience in payroll costing and its integration with General Ledger. You will lead end-to-end payroll implementation projects, design configurations, test plans, and deployment while collaborating with clients to optimize payroll processes.

The role requires strong analytical skills and 3+ years of Oracle Cloud Payroll experience, including costing and US taxation; accounting background is an asset.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Oracle Cloud Payroll implementation and support, focusing on costing.
• Technical Skills: Oracle Cloud Payroll modules including Core HR, Benefits and Compensation; strong costing rules knowledge.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent problem solving and ability to interpret complex payroll requirements.
• 4+ years in Cloud Payroll; 3+ years in Payroll Costing and US Taxation; accounting background is an advantage; at least one end-to-end implementation; US Payroll experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Oracle Cloud Payroll implementation projects including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing and deployment.
• Provide expert guidance on payroll costing setup, configuration and troubleshooting of costing rules.
• Collaborate with clients to understand payroll processes, offer improvements and optimizations.
• Develop and maintain project documentation such as functional specs, test plans and user guides.
• Conduct training sessions for clients and provide ongoing support for successful adoption.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Oracle Cloud Payroll issues and deliver timely client support.
• Stay updated with Oracle Cloud Payroll features and industry best practices.

• Costing Expertise:Provide expert guidance on payroll costing, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of costing rules and processes.

• Client Collaboration:Work closely with clients to understand their payroll processes and requirements, offering recommendations for improvements and optimizations.

• Documentation:Develop and maintain project documentation, including functional specifications, test plans, and user guides.

• Training and Support:Conduct training sessions for clients and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions.

• Issue Resolution:Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Cloud Payroll, providing timely and effective support to clients.

• Best Practices:Stay updated with the latest Oracle Cloud Payroll features, functionalities, and industry best practices to provide innovative solutions to clients.

Qualifications:

• Experience:Minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Payroll implementation and support, with a focus on payroll costing.

• Technical Skills:Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Payroll modules, including Core HR, Benefits, and Compensation. Strong understanding of payroll costing rules and processes.

• Analytical Skills:Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex payroll requirements and deliver effective solutions.

• 4+ years of experience in Cloud Payroll

  3+ years of experience in Payroll Costing and US Taxation

  Accounting background is an added advantage

  Minimum one end-to-end implementation experience required

  Experience in US Payroll is preferred
