Job summary

Qualitas Global in Pune's Kalyani Nagar is hiring for senior operations leadership roles across Data Annotation and AI data services. You will oversee multiple large-scale projects, manage project managers, QAs, trainers and annotators, and own delivery, quality, productivity, SLA and resource utilization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience specifically in Data Annotation / AI Data Services.
• 4+ years in Operations Manager / Senior Operations Manager / equivalent leadership role.
• Experience handling large teams, multiple projects and international customers.
• Proven experience managing USD 2M+ annual revenue.
• Strong understanding of project economics, productivity, utilisation and margins.
• Strong professional network within Data Annotation, AI, Computer Vision or GenAI.
• Experience in 2D/3D Annotation, Segmentation, Keypoints, LiDAR, OCR, Image/Video, Medical Annotation or GenAI/LLM tasks is preferred.
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills.
• Willingness to work from office in Kalyani Nagar, Pune.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple large-scale Data Annotation projects and customer accounts.

• Manage customer relationships and handle senior international stakeholders.

• Lead quality improvement, RCA and corrective actions.
• Mentor operational teams and develop future leaders.
