Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 35 years of relevant experience in Data Annotation, Data Labeling, AI/ML Operations, BPO/Data Operations, Team Management, or Project Coordination.
• Mandatory: Team management and project delivery experience.
• Experience in one or more of 2D/3D Image, Text, Audio, Video, LiDAR, or Multimodal Annotation preferred.
• Strong MS Excel skills – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, reporting, and dashboards.
• Willingness to work night shifts from the Hyderabad office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily project operations, workload distribution, and resource allocation.
• Work with Team Leads to achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
• Monitor productivity, quality, throughput, SLA, utilization, and delivery timelines.
• Track team performance and project deliverables.
• Conduct review meetings, prepare MoM, and track action items.
• Prepare project status reports, trackers, and dashboards.
• Identify operational bottlenecks, risks, and resource constraints and elevate issues.
• Coordinate with Quality, Training, Operations, and Delivery teams.
• Support onboarding, training, performance tracking, and process improvement.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards, and client requirements.
