Technical Analytical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel / Google Sheets.
• Experience with dashboards, MIS, forecasting, productivity and performance tracking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exposure to automation tools such as Google Apps Script, VBA, or Python is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI/ML data workflows, data annotation platforms, QC systems, and workforce management tools.
• Strong understanding of productivity metrics, cost-per-task models, SLA management, TAT, and quality metrics.

Experience Eligibility:

• Experience: 5-9 years
• Experience in Operations / Data Operations / BPO / KPO / Managed Services / Content Moderation / Data Annotation.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience managing large teams.
• Proven experience managing high-volume, process-driven operations.
• Experience handling multiple projects, workflows, or client programs.
• Exposure to US/international clients is preferred.
• Strong experience in client communication and stakeholder management.
• Strong people-management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor s degree required; MBA preferred.
