Job summary

Infosys BPM Limited is seeking a Senior Operations Associate in Bengaluru. The role requires Graduate qualification with 1–3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment. You will code in VBA and Power Platform tools, discuss requirements, and prepare artifacts for validation and delivery.

Familiarity with AI-based automation adds value. You will work in the BPO service line, collaborating across teams to ensure smooth operations and documentation of discussions, with emphasis on automation

Qualifications

• Hands-on coding experience in VBA and Power Platform tools.
• Familiarity with RDBMS and enterprise application integration.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

- Must be able to perform in a fast-paced interactive development environment- Good in communication (email & verbal) and documenting discussions- Ability to work independently with minimal/no supervision- Hands-on coding experience in multiple technologies like VBA, Power apps, Power automate, Power Bi and OCR API is added advantage- Develop and review artifacts (Code, Documentation, Unit test scripts) conduct reviews for self and peers, conduct unit tests and document unit test results to build the application and make it ready for validation / delivery- Ability to analyze, create solution design, debugging and problem-solving skills- Experience in creating and managing RDBMS- Understanding of Citrix environment and VDI will be additional advantage

Additional Responsibilities:

- Familiarity with Generative AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Azure OpenAI)- Experience in AI-based automation, NLP, or data-driven solutions- Exposure to AI integration within enterprise applications
