Job summary

Amazon in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst to join our Credit bureau reporting and dispute management team. You will independently manage workflows, analyze data, resolve discrepancies, and prepare accurate reports for stakeholders.

The role focuses on end-to-end reconciliation, using SQL (PostgreSQL) and advanced Excel for data extraction, analysis, and MIS reporting, while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting and commerce (B. Com).
• Advanced Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operational and dispute management for credit bureau functions and processes independently.
• Use SQL (PostgreSQL) and advanced Excel for data extraction, analysis, MIS reporting; build queries to pull, validate, and reconcile large datasets.
• Perform transaction, settlement, payout, and ledger reconciliations; investigate mismatches and coordinate with stakeholders for resolution.
• Prepare operational dashboards, trackers, and reports; ensure records are audit-ready and accurate.
• Identify process improvement and automation opportunities; support automation activities with basic Python scripting.

We are seeking an Senior Operations Analyst to join our Credit bureau reporting and dispute management team. In this role, you will independently manage operational workflows, analyze data, resolve discrepancies, and prepare accurate reports for stakeholders. You will serve as a key execution resource within the Operations function, driving credit bureau processes, data analysis, stakeholder coordination, and maintenance of operational records and manage customers complaints/disputes
Key job responsibilities

• Manage and improve end-to-end operational and dispute management for credit bureau functions. processes independently; handle daily operational activities and resolve discrepancies within defined timelines.
• Use SQL (PostgreSQL) and advanced Excel for data extraction, analysis, credit bureau, and MIS reporting; build queries to pull, validate, and reconcile large datasets.
• Perform transaction, settlement, payout, and ledger reconciliations; investigate mismatches, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and coordinate with stakeholders for issue resolution.
• Prepare operational dashboards, trackers, and reports for management review; ensure reconciliation records are audit-ready and accurate.
• Identify process improvement and automation opportunities to enhance operational efficiency; support automation activities with basic Python scripting.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting and commerce (B. Com)
• Knowledge of Excel at an advanced level
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
• Experience using strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications
