Job summary

Colruyt Group India is seeking a senior network engineer to monitor availability, performance, and reliability across enterprise environments. You will provide Level-3 support for complex incidents, changes, and problems.

You will configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, wireless, and data center components, plan changes with governance, and document issues using ITIL-aligned processes. Knowledge of multi-vendor devices and scripting is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of OSI model and TCP/IP.
• Experience with enterprise LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi and data center networks.
• Hands-on with multi-vendor devices (Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto).
• Ability to diagnose complex network issues using Wireshark and monitoring tools.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and network change management.
• Automation scripting using Python and Ansible is a plus.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of OSI model, TCP/IP,routing, switching, VLANs, LACP, RSTP, IGMP, QoS, and routing protocolsincluding BGP.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise LAN, WAN,Wi-Fi, firewall, VPN, and data center network environments.
• Experience with Cisco Nexus/NX-OS, F5 LoadBalancers, ASA, Juniper SRX, Palo Alto, and multi-vendor Wi-Fi platforms suchas Cisco and Juniper Mist.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex network issuesusing monitoring tools and packet analysis tools such as Wireshark.
• Good knowledge of incident, change, and problemmanagement practices.
• Experience with F5 LTM, web applicationfirewalls, RADIUS, IPVPN technologies such as GRE/IPsec, and network automationor scripting using Python and ansible.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework and relevantnetworking certifications will be an added advantage.
