Job summary

dotSolved Systems Inc. is seeking a Senior NetSuite Finance Functional Consultant in Chennai. This full-time role requires 8+ years of NetSuite Finance experience, with strong customer-facing skills and the ability to lead discovery workshops and deliver end-to-end finance solutions.

Location is Chennai with onsite/hybrid/remote options; the candidate should be able to interact with customers, configure and test NetSuite deployments, and support integrations impacting Finance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with strong hands-on NetSuite Finance functional expertise.
• CA qualification preferred for senior engagement.
• End-to-end NetSuite implementation, support and optimization experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance discovery workshops with customers.
• Prepare BRDs, solution designs, test scenarios and functional docs.
• Configure, test, and support NetSuite deployments, including integrations affecting Finance.

Position: Senior NetSuite Finance Functional Consultant

Location: Chennai - Onsite/Hybrid/Remote

Engagement Mode: Full Time

Shift Timing: 3.00AM - 12.00PM PST (US Pacific Time)

Experience & Qualification

• 8+ years of overall experience, with strong hands-on NetSuite Finance functional expertise
• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification preferred
• Strong experience in end-to-end NetSuite implementation, support, and optimization engagements
• Ability to independently interact with customers, understand business requirements, solution, configure, test, and support deployment

Key Functional Expertise

• Record to Report (RTR) / General Ledger
• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Bank Reconciliation and Cash Management
• Fixed Assets Management
• Intercompany Accounting and Eliminations
• Multi-subsidiary and Multi-currency
• Financial Reporting and Period Close
• Revenue Recognition / ARM exposure preferred
• Expense Management and Payment processes
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls

Additional Expectations

• Strong customer-facing and communication skills
• Ability to lead finance-related discovery and requirement workshops.
• Experience preparing BRDs, solution designs, test scenarios, and functional documentation
• Ability to troubleshoot complex Finance functional issues independently
• Experience working with integrations impacting Finance would be an advantage.
