Job summary

Zenardy Technologies seeks a finance professional to build a career in ERP consulting. You will lead NetSuite Financial Modules implementations (GL, AP, AR, FA) and translate accounting requirements into NetSuite configurations for global clients.

Qualifications

• We are looking for CMA or Finance background with a passion for ERP consulting.
• CMA with Articleship and 1 year post-articleship experience preferred.
• Finance graduates with 3-5 years corporate or consulting experience in finance, accounting, audit, ERP, or business transformation.
• NetSuite Functional Experience candidates are welcome to apply.
• Strong knowledge of core finance and accounting processes.
• Prior ERP exposure is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn ERP consulting.
• Experience interacting with clients or business stakeholders preferred.
• Exposure to international clients is an added advantage.
• Comfortable working with global clients and time zone overlaps when required.

Responsibilities

• Configure Cash & Bank Management and Revenue Recognition.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, intercompany accounting and consolidation.
• Handle multi-currency and multi-subsidiary accounting.
• Translate statutory and management accounting needs into NetSuite configurations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Finance & Accounting (Core Expertise)

• Lead and support implementation of NetSuite Financial Modules, including:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Fixed Assets
• Cash & Bank Management
• Revenue Recognition
• Budgeting & Forecasting
• Intercompany Accounting & Consolidation
• Multi-currency and Multi-subsidiary accounting
• Translate statutory accounting, management accounting, and reporting requirements into NetSuite configurations
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and audit requirements
• Design chart of accounts, financial structures, and period close processes

Desirable Skillset:

Finance & Domain:

• Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Revenue Recognition)
• Ability to translate business requirements into into NetSuite configurations
• Act as the functional point of contact during the project

Consulting & Client:

• Confident in leading client discussions, workshops, and UAT sessions
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills

Candidate Prerequisites:

We are specifically looking for candidates with a CMA or Finance background who are passionate about building a career in ERP consulting and business technology.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CMA with Articleship plus a minimum of 1 year of post-articleship experience, or
• Finance graduates with 35 years of corporate or consulting experience in finance, accounting, audit, ERP, or business transformation.
• NetSuite Functional Experience candidates are also welcome to apply
• Strong knowledge of core finance and accounting processes.
• Prior ERP exposure is a plus but not a mandatory requirement. Candidates with a strong finance foundation and willingness to learn ERP consulting are encouraged to apply.
