ProArch's Healthcare Interoperability team is seeking a highly motivated FHIR Engineer to design, develop, and implement FHIR-based solutions that connect EHR systems with CRD, PAS, and other care management platforms. You will deliver high-quality services and integrations across enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in .NET development, strong C#, ASP.NET Core, REST, and ORM experience, plus AWS familiarity.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of software development experience with .NET technologies.
• Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API.
• Experience with RESTful services and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with SQL Server and ORM tools like Entity Framework.
• Experience with Git and version control.
• Experience with FHIR projects is mandatory.
• Familiarity with AWS is preferred.

We are seeking a highly motivated FHIR Engineer to join our Healthcare Interoperability team. The candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing FHIR-based interoperability solutions supporting Coverage Requirements Discovery (CRD), Prior Authorization Support (PAS), and integration between enterprise care management applications, EHR systems, and FHIR platforms.

• Understanding of security best practices (authentication, authorization, OAuth, JWT).
• Experience with performance tuning and monitoring tools .
