Persistent Systems Limited is seeking a Senior .NET/C# PC Application Developer in Pune to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Windows-based applications. Qualifications

• 8 to 12 years of software development experience with strong proficiency in C# and .NET.
• Experience integrating applications with REST APIs and gRPC services.
• Experience invoking and integrating with Windows Services APIs.
• Solid understanding of secure communication protocols including TLS/mTLS.
• Experience implementing X.509 certificate‑based authentication and authorization.
• Strong knowledge of Windows platform internals, service lifecycle management, threading, and diagnostics.
• Experience with debugging, performance tuning, and production issue resolution.
• Understanding of distributed systems and microservices‑based architectures.
• Exposure to AI/ML, local AI runtime integration, AI agents, or tool orchestration frameworks is preferred.
• Familiarity with Python or Rust is a plus.
