Job summary

Persistent Systems is seeking a highly experienced Senior .NET Developer / Technical Lead to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade applications, APIs, and automation. You will lead technical delivery across the full SDLC, architect solutions, optimize performance, and drive CI/CD practices.

Experience in Telecom/Healthcare/Contact Center domains is preferred, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and leadership.

Job description

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior .NET Developer / Technical Lead with strong expertise in developing, designing, and supporting enterprise‑grade applications, APIs, automation solutions, and database systems. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience across the complete software development lifecycle, including architecture design, application development, performance optimization, CI/CD implementation, production support, and technical leadership. Experience in Telecom, Healthcare, Contact Center, or Enterprise Automation domains is preferred.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise‑scale applications using C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, Windows Services, and backend automation solutions.
• Design scalable, secure, and high‑performing application architectures.
• Optimize database performance through query tuning, indexing, stored procedures, and data modeling.
• Implement authentication and authorization solutions including SAML and Identity Management.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and DevOps engineers.
• Manage source code repositories and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Git.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and release planning.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous improvements.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across teams.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Strong expertise in C#, .NET Framework 4.x, and .NET Core/.NET 6+ for enterprise application development.
• Hands‑on experience with ASP.NET MVC, REST APIs, IIS, and Windows Services.
• Proficiency in SQL Server, Entity Framework, LINQ, Stored Procedures, and Database Performance Optimization.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD Pipelines, Git, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of authentication and identity management solutions including SAML and Azure AD.
• Experience designing scalable, secure, and high‑performing application architectures.
• Exposure to Microservices, Cloud Technologies, and Enterprise Automation Platforms.
• Experience within Contact Center, Communications, or Customer Engagement domains.
• Strong technical leadership, problem‑solving, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.
