Job summary

Larsen & Toubro Infotech Ltd (LTI) is seeking a Senior Specialist - Cloud & Infra Management in Bangalore to lead Microsoft 365 design, implementation, governance and operations across a global enterprise.

The role requires deep expertise in Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Purview, Copilot and related technologies with focus on security, reliability, and modernization. You will drive automation and platform standards while collaborating with security and governance teams.

Qualifications

• 9+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Exchange Online and Teams in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of platform design, administration governance security and service operations.
• Experience with Exchange Online, Teams, Teams Rooms, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Purview, and Copilot.
• Experience with Microsoft Graph PowerShell automation frameworks and Power Platform.
• Understanding of Microsoft Entra ID Conditional Access Identity Governance and Zero Trust principles.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Microsoft 365 solutions that are scalable, secure, resilient and aligned with business needs.
• Provide technical expertise for Exchange Online, Teams, Teams Rooms, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Purview and Copilot.
• Develop and maintain platform standards, design patterns, configuration baselines and operational guidance.
• Evaluate new Microsoft 365 capabilities and recommend improvements to existing services.
• Support integration of Microsoft 365 services with enterprise applications, identity platforms and third-party solutions.
• Collaborate with Security, Compliance and Data Governance teams to maintain secure and compliant environments.
• Develop automation solutions using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, Azure Automation and Power Platform.

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Subject Matter Expert SME to support the design implementation governance and ongoing operations of Microsoft 365 services in a global enterprise environment The role requires deep expertise across Exchange Online Microsoft Teams Teams Rooms SharePoint Online OneDrive Microsoft Purview Copilot and related technologies with a strong focus on platform design security automation service reliability and technology modernization

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Microsoft 365 solutions that are scalable secure resilient and aligned with business needs


• Provide technical expertise for Exchange Online Teams Teams Rooms SharePoint Online OneDrive Purview and Copilot

• Contribute to governance frameworks security baselines and Zero Trust initiatives across Microsoft 365 services


• Develop automation solutions using PowerShell Microsoft Graph Azure Automation and Power Platform


• Support implementation of Copilot AIpowered productivity solutions workflow automation and enterprise collaboration agents


• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation and selfservice capabilities


• Monitor platform health performance availability and service usage trends


• Perform complex troubleshooting root cause analysis and proactive service improvements


• Maintain technical documentation operational procedures disaster recovery plans and support runbooks


• Participate in incident problem change and release management processes

Must Have
