Role Description The MEP Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all cost-related aspects of MEP works on construction projects. This full-time, on-site role is based in Bengaluru and involves preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), conducting detailed quantity take-offs, and supporting tendering and bid evaluations. The role includes monitoring project costs, preparing cost plans and budgets, and ensuring effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will track variations, prepare cost reports, support contract administration, and coordinate closely with project managers, design teams, and site engineers. The role also involves liaising with clients and contractors on commercial matters, supporting claim preparation and negotiation, and ensuring adherence to company standards and project timelines.

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Cost Control and Cost Management to monitor budgets, manage expenditures, and optimize project financial performance.
• Candidates should possess solid experience with BOQ preparation and quantity take-offs to support tendering, procurement, and valuation of MEP works.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting to develop cost plans, forecasts, and periodic financial reports for stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of MEP systems and construction processes, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in relevant quantity surveying software and MS Excel for cost analysis and documentation.
• Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Candidates should possess strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills, along with clear written and verbal communication abilities.
• Candidates should possess experience working with contractors, consultants, or developers on large-scale or complex building projects; prior MEP quantity surveying experience is highly desirable.
