Job summary

Acme Interiors Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru, India, seeks Senior MEP Engineers to lead planning, execution, and coordination of MEP systems for corporate interior fit-out projects nationwide. You will coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery.

The role requires 2–7 years of MEP experience, a Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or related MEP discipline, and hands-on knowledge of AutoCAD or Revit MEP.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MEP services with architectural, civil, and interior works.
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor MEP installation activities.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate MEP installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and site coordination challenges.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of MEP activities.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, checklists, and inspection records.
• Support material planning and coordination with vendors and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and safety requirements.
• Travel to project sites across India as required.

We are seeking experienced Senior MEP Engineers to join our Project Execution and Delivery team. The role involves planning, execution, coordination, and delivery of MEP systems for corporate interior fit‑out projects.

The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal project teams to ensure MEP works are executed as per approved drawings, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.

• Experience in handling contractors, consultants, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Experience in testing, commissioning, and project handover.
• Strong knowledge of at least one primary MEP discipline – Electrical / Mechanical / HVAC / Plumbing / Fire Fighting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit MEP.
• Ability to read and understand MEP drawings and technical specifications.
• Good understanding of MEP installation and execution processes.
• Knowledge of testing and commissioning procedures.
• Understanding of relevant codes, standards, safety, and quality requirements.
• Basic knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and documentation.
