Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern front-end frameworks (ReactJS) along with NodeJS.
• Experience with software design principles, modular architecture, and scalable application development.
• Practical experience with unit testing frameworks and code quality tools.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD and deployment practices.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Need to have knowledge on usage of GIT
• Need to have hands on experience on RDBMS systems
• Knowledge on Docker

Responsibilities

• Build high-quality, clean, scalable, and reusable code by applying software engineering best practices, including architecture standards, code reviews, and unit testing.
• Develop and maintain front-end components using ReactJS .
• Own technical delivery against project timelines, scope, and quality expectations.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and business teams to understand detailed requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
• Drive end-to-end ownership of modules/features: design, implementation, test automation, deployment, and post-release support.
• Prepare and maintain technical design documents, process documentation, and deployment guides.
• Provide regular project status updates and communicate risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team engineering standards and best practices.
