Job summary

HealthMinds Consulting Pvt. Ltd seeks a Senior Medical Writer to craft promotional content for global pharma brands. You will own campaigns, review junior writers’ work, and join client calls. Your writing targets doctors and patients, primarily for the US market.

This role offers remote work from India with a US shift (5:30 pm–3:00 am IST). Long-term commitment and potential relocation to Bengaluru are possible.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of medical writing, with most on promotional pharma content.
• Hands-on Veeva Vault PromoMats experience (required).
• Experience reviewing other writers' work.
• Clear written and spoken English.
• Willing to work the US shift (5:30 pm–3:00 am IST) long-term.

Responsibilities

• Write promotional content for pharma brands: emails, e-detailers, leave-behinds, banners, web pages, social posts and video scripts.
• Write for doctors (HCPs) and patients, mostly for the US market.
• Find and read sources: clinical studies, prescribing information, guidelines.
• Back every claim with a reference and annotate it correctly.
• Prepare files for medical, legal and regulatory (MLR) review in Veeva Vault PromoMats and implement reviewers' changes.
• Adapt approved global content for local markets.
• Check accuracy, references, grammar, and consistency before submission.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, editors and reviewers to meet deadlines.

About the role

We are hiring a Senior Medical Writer to work on promotional content for global pharma brands. You will own full campaigns, review the work of junior writers and join calls with the client team. You will write for doctors and patients, mostly for the US market.

Work mode: Remote (India). You may be asked to move to Bengaluru and work from our office within the next 6 months. Shift: US shift, 5:30 pm to 3:00 am IST. Full time.

• At least one digital asset in your work: email, e-detailer, banner or web page.
• Good referencing and annotation skills (AMA style).
• Clear written and spoken English.
• Willing to work the US shift (5:30 pm to 3:00 am IST) on a long-term basis.

Good to have

• Veeva Vault PromoMats experience (required for Senior Medical Writer and Medical Lead).
• Content written for the US market.
• Oncology experience. Other areas are also welcome: immunology, haematology, cardiology, neurology, nephrology (kidney care), vaccines, rare diseases.
• Experience writing for medical device brands.
• Open to moving to Bengaluru within 6 months.
• Can join immediately or within 45 days.
