HealthMinds Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Medical Writer to create promotional content for global pharma brands. You will own campaigns, review junior writers, and join client calls. The role concentrates on US market materials written for doctors and patients, with a heavy focus on accuracy and regulatory readiness.

Remote (India) with potential office moves to Bengaluru. Shift is US time (5:30 pm–3:00 am IST). Full-time employment.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of medical writing, with most of it on promotional pharma content.
• Hands-on Veeva Vault PromoMats experience (required).
• Experience reviewing other writers' work.
• Able to name the assets you wrote.
• At least one digital asset: email, e-detailer, banner or web page.
• AMA-style referencing and annotation skills.
• Clear written and spoken English.
• Willing to work the US shift (5:30 pm–3:00 am IST) long-term.

Responsibilities

• Write promotional content for pharma brands: emails, e-detailers, leave-behinds, banners, web pages, social posts, and video scripts.
• Write for doctors and patients, mostly for the US market.
• Find and read sources: clinical studies, prescribing information, guidelines.
• Back every claim with a reference and annotate correctly.
• Prepare files for MLR review in Veeva Vault PromoMats and address reviewer changes.
• Adapt approved global content for local markets.
• Check your own work for accuracy, references, grammar and consistency.
• Collaborate with PMs, designers, editors and reviewers to meet deadlines.

About the role

We are hiring a Senior Medical Writer to work on promotionalcontent for global pharma brands. You will own full campaigns, review the workof junior writers and join calls with the client team. You will write fordoctors and patients, mostly for the US market.

Work mode: Remote (India). You may be asked to move toBengaluru and work from our office within the next 6 months. Shift: US shift,5:30 pm to 3:00 am IST. Full time.

What you will do

• Write promotional content for pharma brands:emails, e-detailers (CLM), leave-behinds, banners, web pages, social posts andvideo scripts.
• Write for doctors (HCPs) and patients, mostlyfor the US market.
• Find and read the right sources: clinicalstudies, prescribing information, treatment guidelines.
• Back every claim with a reference and annotateit correctly.
• Prepare files for medical, legal and regulatory(MLR) review in Veeva Vault PromoMats, and make the changes reviewers ask for.
• Adapt approved global content for local markets.
• Check your own work for accuracy, references,grammar and consistency before you submit it.
• Work with project managers, designers, editorsand reviewers to meet deadlines.

What you must have

• 5 to 8 years of medical writing, with most of iton promotional pharma content.
• Hands-on Veeva Vault PromoMats experience(required).
• Experience reviewing other writers work.
• Degree: MBBS, BDS, Pharm.D, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, ora masters or PhD in life sciences.
• Medical writing experience with a pharma companyor a healthcare communications agency.
• Hands-on promotional writing for pharma brands.You must be able to name the assets you wrote.
• At least one digital asset in your work: email,e-detailer, banner or web page.
• Good referencing and annotation skills (AMAstyle).
• Clear written and spoken English.
• Willing to work the US shift (5:30 pm to 3:00 amIST) on a long-term basis.

Good to have

• Veeva Vault PromoMats experience (required forSenior Medical Writer and Medical Lead).
• Content written for the US market.
• Oncology experience. Other areas are alsowelcome: immunology, haematology, cardiology, neurology, nephrology (kidneycare), vaccines, rare diseases.
• Experience writing for medical device brands.
• Open to moving to Bengaluru within 6 months.
• Can join immediately or within 45 days.
