Job summary

HealthMinds Consulting Private Limited is hiring a Medical Writer to develop promotional content for US-market pharma brands. You will draft emails, CLM assets, banners, web pages and scripts, ensuring accuracy with references and adapting global content for local markets.

The role requires 3–5 years in medical writing for pharma, a relevant degree, and willingness to work a US shift from India. Remote work is offered with potential office relocation to Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of medical writing, with most of it on promotional pharma content.
• Degree: MBBS, BDS, Pharm.D, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or master's or PhD in life sciences.
• Medical writing experience with a pharma company or healthcare communications agency.
• Hands-on promotional writing for pharma brands.
• At least one digital asset in your work: email, e-detailer, banner or web page.
• Good referencing and annotation skills (AMA style).
• Clear written and spoken English.
• Willing to work the US shift (5:30 pm to 3:00 am IST) on a long-term basis.

Responsibilities

• Write promotional content for pharma brands: emails, e-detailers (CLM), leave-behinds, banners, web pages, social posts and video scripts.
• Write for doctors (HCPs) and patients, mostly for the US market.
• Find and read the right sources: clinical studies, prescribing information, treatment guidelines.
• Back every claim with a reference and annotate it correctly.
• Prepare files for medical, legal and regulatory (MLR) review in Veeva Vault PromoMats, and make the changes reviewers ask for.
• Adapt approved global content for local markets.
• Check your own work for accuracy, references, grammar and consistency before you submit it.
• Work with project managers, designers, editors and reviewers to meet deadlines.

About the role

We are hiring a Medical Writer to work on promotionalcontent for global pharma brands. You will write new promotional assets from abrief, with light review from a senior writer. You will write for doctors andpatients, mostly for the US market.

Work mode: Remote (India). You may be asked to move toBengaluru and work from our office within the next 6 months. Shift: US shift,5:30 pm to 3:00 am IST. Full time.

• Hands-on promotional writing for pharma brands.You must be able to name the assets you wrote.
• At least one digital asset in your work: email,e-detailer, banner or web page.
• Good referencing and annotation skills (AMAstyle).
• Clear written and spoken English.
• Willing to work the US shift (5:30 pm to 3:00 amIST) on a long-term basis.

Good to have

• Veeva Vault PromoMats experience (required forSenior Medical Writer and Medical Lead).
• Content written for the US market.
• Oncology experience. Other areas are alsowelcome: immunology, haematology, cardiology, neurology, nephrology (kidneycare), vaccines, rare diseases.
• Experience writing for medical device brands.
• Open to moving to Bengaluru within 6 months.
• Can join immediately or within 45 days.
