Job summary

HealthMinds Consulting Private Limited is hiring an Associate Medical Writer to develop promotional content for pharma brands, primarily for the US market. You will adapt approved content, verify references and manage MLR-ready drafts for clinicians and patients.

The role is remote from India with a US shift (5:30 PM–3:00 AM IST). You may relocate to Bengaluru within 6 months. 1–3 years of medical writing experience is expected.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of medical writing in pharma or healthcare communications.
• MBBS, BDS, Pharm.D, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or master's/PhD in life sciences.
• Medical writing experience with a pharma company or healthcare communications agency.
• Hands-on promotional writing for pharma brands with assets you wrote.
• At least one digital asset in your work: email, e-detailer, banner or web page.
• Good referencing and annotation skills (AMA style).
• Clear written and spoken English.
• Willing to work the US shift (5:30 pm to 3:00 am IST) on a long-term basis.

Responsibilities

• Write promotional content for pharma brands: emails, e-detailers, banners, web pages, social posts and scripts.
• Write for doctors and patients, mostly for the US market.
• Find and read sources: clinical studies, prescribing information, treatment guidelines.
• Back every claim with a reference and annotate it correctly.
• Prepare files for MLR review in Veeva Vault PromoMats and implement reviewer changes.
• Adapt approved global content for local markets.
• Check accuracy, references, grammar and consistency before submission.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, editors and reviewers to meet deadlines.

About the role

We are hiring a Associate Medical Writer to work onpromotional content for global pharma brands. You will adapt and updateapproved pharma content, check references and make MLR changes. You will writefor doctors and patients, mostly for the US market.

Work mode: Remote (India). You may be asked to move toBengaluru and work from our office within the next 6 months. Shift: US shift,5:30 pm to 3:00 am IST. Full time.

What you will do

• Write promotional content for pharma brands:emails, e-detailers (CLM), leave-behinds, banners, web pages, social posts andvideo scripts.
• Write for doctors (HCPs) and patients, mostlyfor the US market.
• Find and read the right sources: clinicalstudies, prescribing information, treatment guidelines.
• Back every claim with a reference and annotateit correctly.
• Prepare files for medical, legal and regulatory(MLR) review in Veeva Vault PromoMats, and make the changes reviewers ask for.
• Adapt approved global content for local markets.
• Check your own work for accuracy, references,grammar and consistency before you submit it.
• Work with project managers, designers, editorsand reviewers to meet deadlines.

What you must have

• 1 to 3 years of medical writing in pharma or ahealthcare communications agency.
• Degree: MBBS, BDS, Pharm.D, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, ora master's or PhD in life sciences.
• Medical writing experience with a pharma companyor a healthcare communications agency.
• Hands-on promotional writing for pharma brands.You must be able to name the assets you wrote.
• At least one digital asset in your work: email,e-detailer, banner or web page.
• Good referencing and annotation skills (AMAstyle).
• Clear written and spoken English.
• Willing to work the US shift (5:30 pm to 3:00 amIST) on a long-term basis.

Good to have

• Veeva Vault PromoMats experience (required forSenior Medical Writer and Medical Lead).
• Content written for the US market.
• Oncology experience. Other areas are alsowelcome: immunology, haematology, cardiology, neurology, nephrology (kidneycare), vaccines, rare diseases.
• Experience writing for medical device brands.
• Open to moving to Bengaluru within 6 months.
• Can join immediately or within 45 days.
