Job summary

Bridgestone in Pune, India, seeks a skilled maintenance professional to manage preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of tire manufacturing equipment. You will troubleshoot Banbury, Extruder, Calendar, Bead, Cutting Machines, and Carbon Black Systems, and oversee hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

You will conduct RCA, 5 Why and Fishbone analyses for recurring issues, plan shutdowns, and monitor MTBF/MTTR while coordinating SAP/CMMS updates, spare parts, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of tire manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and maintain Banbury, Extruder, Calendar, Bead, Cutting Machines, and Carbon Black Systems.
