Job summary

iDeCK Bengaluru invites an experienced Urban Infrastructure leader focused on Water Supply, Wastewater, and Storm Water projects. You will oversee planning, design, DPR preparation, project execution, tendering, and business development to deliver timely, high-quality, and cost-efficient infrastructure.

You will model and design using WaterGEMS, SewerGEMS, StormCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and MS Office, while leading stakeholders, managing schedules and budgets, and pursuing new opportunities.

Qualifications

• M.Tech in Environmental Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in urban infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership and client coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and execution of water, wastewater, and storm water projects.
• Prepare and review DPRs, feasibility reports, BOQs, and tender documents.
• Design and model water infrastructure using WaterGEMS, SewerGEMS, StormCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, safety, and environmental regs.
• Prepare project schedules, monitor budgets, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and government agencies.
• Identify new business opportunities and prepare bids for tenders.
• Travel to project sites and provide technical guidance.

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced professional with strong leadership in Urban Infrastructure, specializing in Water Supply, Wastewater, and Storm Water Drainage Projects. The role involves planning, design, DPR preparation, project execution, tendering, and business development, ensuring timely, quality, and cost-effective delivery of infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of Water Supply, Wastewater, and Storm Water infrastructure projects.
• Prepare and review Concept Reports, Feasibility Reports, DPRs, hydraulic designs, BOQs, cost estimates, tender documents, specifications, and drawings.
• Design and model water infrastructure using WaterGEMS, SewerGEMS, StormCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and MS Office.
• Review engineering designs to ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, quality, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare project schedules and monitor progress, budgets, risks, quality, and project deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, government agencies, and multidisciplinary teams for successful project delivery.
• Identify new business opportunities, prepare technical and financial bids, and manage tender submissions (KTPP, GeM, CPPP, JJM, AMRUT, Smart City, etc.).
• Develop technical proposals, EOIs, presentations, and support client meetings, negotiations, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
• Travel to project sites as required and provide technical guidance and client support.

Required Skills

• Expertise in water infrastructure design, DPR preparation, hydraulic modelling, project management, and tendering.
• Strong knowledge of WaterGEMS, SewerGEMS, StormCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D, MS Office, and relevant engineering codes and standards.
