Infraen in Bengaluru seeks a senior Manager – Design (Water Projects) with 10+ years of DPR preparation and water infrastructure design experience. You will independently handle technical deliverables for large-scale water supply and infrastructure projects.

The role requires leading DPR preparation, reviewing designs, reports and BOQs, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and government authorities to ensure compliance with standards and project requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in water supply or infrastructure projects.
• Strong DPR preparation experience is essential.
• Experience with Government / TWAD / JJM / urban water projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and review of DPRs for water supply and infrastructure projects.
• Develop and review engineering designs, technical reports, estimates and BOQs.
• Analyse project requirements, site data, surveys and existing infrastructure.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, clients and government authorities.
• Review hydraulic design, network planning, pumping systems, WTP-related components and associated infrastructure.
• Ensure technical deliverables comply with applicable standards, specifications and project requirements.
• Support feasibility studies, cost estimation and preparation of tender-related technical documents.
• Review drawings and technical calculations and provide design inputs to the project team.
• Manage multiple technical deliverables and ensure timely submission of DPRs and reports.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Manager – Design (Water Projects) with 10+ years of experience in DPR preparation and design of water infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in preparing and reviewing Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) and should be capable of independently handling technical deliverables for large-scale water supply and infrastructure projects.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; M.Tech/M.E. in Water Resources / Environmental Engineering will be an added advantage.
• 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in water supply, water infrastructure or environmental engineering projects.
• Strong hands-on experience in DPR preparation is essential.
• Experience working on Government / TWAD / JJM / urban water supply / large-scale water projects will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of water supply systems, hydraulic design, project estimation and technical documentation.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and relevant engineering/design software.
• Strong analytical, communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to independently manage technical assignments and deliver high-quality DPRs.
