Job summary

ASSYSTEM INDIA is seeking an engineer to plan, design, and develop water supply and sewerage infrastructure projects in Bengaluru. The role covers transmission systems, networks, pumping stations, WTPs, and STPs, ensuring compliance with standards and environmental regulations.

You will perform hydraulic calculations, develop drawings, prepare reports, and manage BOQs and technical specs using tools like WaterGEMS, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS.

Qualifications

• Experience in hydraulic design of water supply and sewerage networks.
• Knowledge of water/wastewater treatment processes.
• Experience drafting engineering drawings and design documentation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD / Civil 3D.
• Proficiency in WaterGEMS / WaterCAD.
• Proficiency in SewerGEMS / SewerCAD.
• Proficiency in EPANET.
• Proficiency in GIS and MS Excel; basic project management.

Job Purpose To plan, design, and develop water supply and sewerage infrastructure projects including transmission systems, distribution networks, pumping stations, water treatment plants (WTPs), sewer networks, sewage treatment plants (STPs), and associated civil, mechanical, and hydraulic systems. The role ensures compliance with applicable standards, technical specifications, environmental regulations, and project requirements.
