Job summary

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering (required).
• 10+ years of experience, with 8+ years in core stormwater & drainage design.
• Proficiency in SewerGEMS/StormCAD, Civil 3D, AutoCAD, ArcGIS, MS Office.
• Experience in stormwater networks, flood management, drainage master planning, SuDS.
• Gulf/Middle East or international project exposure is preferred.
• Strong leadership, client coordination, and team management.

Responsibilities

• Lead stormwater and drainage planning, design, hydraulic modelling, and project delivery.
• Review and develop concept, detailed and tender designs, calculations, technical reports, and specs.
• Perform/review hydraulic and hydrologic models using SewerGEMS, StormCAD, Civil 3D, and related tools.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, consultants, and authorities for design development and approvals.
• Drive value engineering, design optimization, QA/QC, and technical compliance.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across projects.
• Apply BS, EN, AASHTO, WMO, SuDS and local authority standards.

• Strong proficiency in SewerGEMS/StormCAD, Civil 3D, AutoCAD, ArcGIS, and MS Office.
• Experience in stormwater networks, flood management, drainage master planning, catchment analysis, and SuDS.
• Strong technical leadership, client coordination, communication, and team management skills.
• Gulf/Middle East or international project experience with authority approval exposure is preferred.
