Golden Opportunities in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Rewards and Compensation leader to drive global rewards operations across multi-country environments. The role demands deep expertise in compensation processes, data governance, and cross-functional stakeholder management.

You will own annual compensation cycles, transitions and off-cycle changes, mentor teams, and ensure confidentiality, audit controls and compliant payroll handoffs while maintaining service quality across regions.

Qualifications

• 12–18 years of experience in HRO/HRSS with 8+ years leading global rewards operations.
• Bachelor's degree in HR/BA/Commerce; postgraduate qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Rewards and Compensation operations with multi-country scope.
• Own annual compensation cycles and off-cycle changes.
• Support incentive administration, job and salary data, and client stakeholders.
• Guide transitions, operating model design, readiness, go-live and stabilization for new accounts.
• Maintain data confidentiality, access controls, payroll handoffs, and governance.
• Excel, analytics, and stakeholder communication; familiarity with Power BI/Tableau preferred.
• Excellent executive communication, judgment, and problem-solving under sensitive cycles.

Candidate Expectations

• Total Experience 12 to 18 Years in HRO, HRSS and 8+ years Relevant Experience managing HRO Global rewards operations.
• Candidate Location-Anywhere in India Candidate Industry (BPO / KPO / GBS / GCC / GSS / Captive Shared Services)

Education and Certification

• Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce or a related discipline; a postgraduate qualification is preferred.
• Specific Remarks: 15 years regular stream of education mandatory

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Minimum 12 years and maximum 18 years of overall experience, with substantial leadership experience in Rewards, Compensation Operations, shared services or HRO delivery.
• Proven ownership of compensation and rewards administration in a complex, high-volume, multi-country environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing annual compensation cycles, off-cycle changes, incentive administration support, job and salary data, client stakeholders, service performance and escalations.
• Strong understanding of compensation principles, eligibility, effective dating, approvals, salary structures, job grades, pay ranges, market adjustments, merit and bonus process dependencies.
• Working experience with enterprise HR platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft or equivalent, along with case management, reporting and compensation planning tools.
• Experience with transitions, knowledge transfer, operating model design, SOP development, readiness assessment, go-live and stabilization for new or expanding accounts.
• Working knowledge of compensation data confidentiality, role-based access, audit controls, payroll handoffs, finance reconciliation and records governance.
• Advanced Excel, analytical, reporting and presentation skills; exposure to Power BI, Tableau or automation tools is preferred.
• Excellent executive communication, judgment, problem-solving, stakeholder management and ability to operate effectively during sensitive compensation cycles.
