Detailed Job Description

12 + years of experience with substantial experience in global HR operations, shared services or HRO delivery.

Proven leadership of Workforce Administration, Employee Data Management, Core HR or Hire-to-Retire operations in a complex, multi-country environment.

Demonstrated experience managing teams, client stakeholders, service performance, escalations, controls and operational transformation.

Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle transactions, HR master data structures, downstream payroll and benefits dependencies, data quality and records governance.

Hands-on understanding of leading HR platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, PeopleSoft, Oracle HCM or equivalent, along with case management tools such as ServiceNow or equivalent. Experience with transitions, knowledge transfer, operating model design, process documentation, stabilization and service governance for new or expanding accounts.

Working knowledge of data privacy, role-based access, audit and control requirements applicable to sensitive employee information.

Advanced analytical, reporting and presentation skills, including effective use of Excel and dashboards for operational decision-making.

Excellent verbal and written communication, executive presence, negotiation, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
