The role leads growth and implementation of digital Supply Chain Finance solutions, coordinating with Banks, NBFCs, FinTechs, technology service providers, corporates, and government stakeholders. Ideal candidate has an MBA/PGDM in Finance/Marketing/Operations with 5–8 years in Banking/FinTech, and 2–3 years in Supply Chain Finance and Digital Lending.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM (Finance/Marketing/Operations) or equivalent from a recognised institution.
• 5–8 years of experience in Banking, NBFC, FinTech, Digital Lending, or Financial Services.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Finance and Digital Lending.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and implementation of Supply Chain Finance solutions on the digital platform.
• Facilitate collaboration among Banks, NBFCs, FinTechs, Technology Service Providers, Corporates, and Government stakeholders.
• Focus on business development, partner onboarding, product implementation, ecosystem coordination, and digital transformation to strengthen the Supply Chain Finance ecosystem.
