Responsibilities

• Work on strategic, high-priority projects identified by the CEO’s Office across Pearl Academy, UPES and GGS.
• Support senior leadership on new initiatives, partnerships, transformation projects and special assignments.
• Conduct research, analyse information and develop insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Work with cross-functional teams to move projects from concept to execution.
• Prepare presentations, business cases, project updates and leadership communication.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across functions and businesses.
• Identify opportunities, challenges and areas for improvement and develop solutions.
• Track key initiatives and ensure timely follow-through and execution.
• Gain exposure to multiple areas of the organisation including academics, business, partnerships, operations, marketing, strategy and new ventures.
• Take ownership of projects independently while working with CEO’s Office and senior leadership.

GUS Global Services is the Indian arm of Global University Systems, a Netherlands-based organisation in higher education. GUS Global provides services to its academic partners, including UPES and Pearl Academy in India.

About the Role

We are looking for a high-potential, agile professional to join the CEO’s Office and work on a diverse portfolio of strategic and high-priority initiatives across Pearl Academy, UPES and GGS.

This is a high-visibility role that offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, gain exposure to different businesses and functions, and contribute to projects that have a direct impact on the organisation’s growth and transformation.

The role will involve moving across projects and priorities, often working with multiple teams and stakeholders simultaneously. The ideal candidate should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment where no two projects are necessarily the same.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on strategic, high-priority projects identified by the CEO’s Office across Pearl Academy, UPES and GGS.
