Job summary

Joveo Technologies is seeking a Senior Manager - Strategy & Operations to drive high-impact initiatives across the business. You will partner with the Country Head to translate strategic priorities into execution roadmaps, KPIs, and measurable outcomes, while leading cross-functional teams and managing key projects.

You will conduct market research, assess opportunities and threats, oversee budgeting for strategic initiatives, and build leadership dashboards to strengthen our market position.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years in strategy, consulting, or transformation roles.
• MBA from Top Tier B-Schools in India.
• Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and execution skills.
• Understanding of education sector, GTM, and growth strategy.
• Ability to thrive in a high-visibility, fast-paced environment.
