Job summary

Infineon Technologies in Bengaluru seeks an Engineering Leader to guide and grow its India product management and business operations teams, partnering with global functions to drive customer-centric semiconductor solutions.

You will coach product managers, align roadmaps with market needs, and implement disciplined portfolio planning, budgeting, and risk management across cultures and time zones.

Qualifications

• Proven people leader with experience building, managing, and developing high-performing multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong semiconductor industry background and a solid understanding of its customers, value chain, markets, and competitive dynamics.
• Deep familiarity with embedded systems, including microcontrollers, software tools, development workflows, and customer applications.
• First-hand understanding of customer needs across evaluation, development, integration, and product launch.
• Strong industry network and experience working with customers, partners, sales, marketing, engineering, and other global stakeholders.
• Able to translate customer and market insight into clear priorities, team focus, and business decisions.
• Strong operational discipline, including planning, budgeting, resource management, risk management, and management reporting.
• Experienced in leading across cultures, locations, and time zones, ideally in an India–Europe environment.
• Clear communicator who can influence without authority, resolve conflict, and escape important decisions early.

• Hire strong talent and build an inclusive culture based on coaching, trust, accountability, and high standards.
• Demonstrate strong product judgement, operational discipline, stakeholder management, and experience working across cultures and time zones.
