Bristlecone India Limited seeks a Senior Consultant in the SAP Planning – Delivery team to lead the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP IBP OBP solutions, ensuring seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA and delivering robust planning capabilities across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP IBP, with at least 2 years focused on Order‑Based Planning.
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes (demand, supply, inventory, S&OP).
• Hands‑on experience integrating SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA (IDoc, ODP, APIs).
• Proficiency in configuring planning master data, key figures, and transactional data flows.
• Experience in full lifecycle implementations (blue‑print, configuration, testing, rollout).
• Ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• SAP IBP certification or equivalent SAP training preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for client engagements.
