Job summary

MRF in Chennai invites applications for an M.Tech / M.E in Rubber Technology / Rubber Engineering to join our tyre R&D team, focusing on rubber compounds, materials, and product development.

You will work with experienced R&D professionals on development, evaluation, and improvement of rubber compounds and tyre products, perform experiments, analyze results, and contribute to new product initiatives. Freshers to 1 year of experience are welcome.

Qualifications

• Freshers to 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong fundamentals in rubber technology, polymer science and material characterization.
• Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support rubber compound development and formulation activities.
• Conduct laboratory testing and evaluation of rubber compounds and raw materials.
• Assist in tyre material and product development projects.
• Analyze test results and prepare technical reports.
• Support troubleshooting and improvement of rubber compound performance.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing and other technical teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and new product development initiatives.
