Peoplefy is a leading recruitment firm operating across India with Pune as a primary location. We are seeking an experienced RPO Program Manager to lead a strategic enterprise RPO engagement for premier IT clients.

The role involves managing client relationships, driving program performance, coordinating onsite and backend teams, and delivering data-driven recruitment outcomes across software engineering, cloud, data and cybersecurity domains.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or RPO Program Management.
• Proven experience managing large enterprise RPO accounts, preferably in IT, GCCs or MNCs.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience managing onsite and backend recruitment teams.
• Excellent command of recruitment MIS, Excel, PowerPoint and dashboards; Power BI is an advantage.
• Strong ownership, analytical thinking and delivery orientation.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships, stakeholder engagement, business reviews and escalations.
• Drive hiring fulfilment, SLAs, recruitment TAT and overall program performance.
• Coordinate onsite client-facing teams with backend sourcing and delivery teams.
• Lead recruitment across Software Engineering, Cloud, Data, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, ERP and Digital Technologies.
• Drive recruitment dashboards, productivity metrics, ageing analysis and data-led decisions.
• Identify delivery risks, strengthen recruitment processes and improve hiring outcomes.
