Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Senior Manager for Record to Report (RTR) to set vision and global operating model, ensuring financial integrity and compliance. You will partner with the CFO and Finance leadership to deliver high-quality reporting and enable strategic decision-making.

You will lead a large RTR team, drive process standardization, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure timely close and accurate disclosures, while powering AI-enabled finance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance; Masters in Finance.
• CFA certification and FRM certification are desirable.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle/SAP) and finance processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large RTR team and oversee reporting approval and evaluation of RTR data.
• Ensure adherence to baseline values for all SLAs and KPIs.
• Review day-to-day activities including invoicing, audit requests, and AP-related tasks.
• Manage close timelines and communicate timely to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with Business Accounting and internal partners to resolve issues.
• Lead multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Support metrics reporting for the RTR process.
• Mentor the team through structured learning paths and hiring activities.

• Lead a large RTR team and handle their team and performing tasks related to reporting approval or evaluation of the RTR data
• Ensure baseline values adherence for all Service Level Agreements-KPI & CPI
• Review the teams day to day activities including but not limited to invoicing audit requests analysis and other requests pertaining to the accounts payable process
• Handle close timelines and communicate on a timely basis adhering to deadlines
• Interact with the Business Accounting team and internal partners to resolve issues
• Lead multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Support the metrics reporting for the relevant process
• People Management be a peoples manager involving in hiring structured learning path operations mentor for the team.
