Job summary

Genpact in India seeks an experienced Record to Report Manager / Senior Manager to lead large-scale R2R operations, oversee General Accounting, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Reporting and Balance Sheet reconciliations, and ensure timely close.

You will drive process improvements, collaborate with transformation and digital teams, mentor staff, and uphold strong compliance while delivering reliable financial insight for global enterprises.

• Lead and manage large-scale R2R operations with timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes.
• Oversee General Accounting, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Reporting and reconciliations.
• Drive operational excellence by meeting SLAs, KPIs and quality metrics.
• Partner with transformation and digital teams to implement automation.
• Ensure governance and successful audits with strong compliance controls.
• Mentor and develop high-performing teams and foster accountability.
