Job summary

Genpact in India is seeking a Front Line Manager - F&A - R2R to oversee end-to-end R2R processes, ensuring accurate journal entries, reconciliations, and month-/year-end close.

You will lead a 10–15 person team, monitor dashboards for SLA adherence, and partner with client finance teams and auditors to resolve issues. You will drive standardization and automation using LSS and RPA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degrees in accounting, commerce, economics, or finance.
• Masters in finance preferred; CFA/FRM are noted.
• Experience in R2R processes and financial controls.

• Manage end-to-end R2R processes, including journal entries, accruals, prepayments, reconciliations, fixed assets, intercompany, month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
• Monitor daily/weekly dashboards to ensure adherence to SLA/KPI
• Act as a key point of contact for client finance teams, auditors, and internal stakeholders
• Drive process standardization, harmonization, and automation initiatives
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10–15 associates; manage attrition

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end R2R processes, including journal entries, accruals, prepayments, reconciliations, fixed assets, intercompany, month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
• Monitor daily/weekly dashboards to ensure adherence to SLA/KPI
• Act as a key point of contact for client finance teams, auditors, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage escalations and proactively resolve issues.
• Partner with clients to identify opportunities for process standardization, harmonization, and automation
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10–15 associates. Conduct performance reviews, career development discussions, and manage attrition
• Drive adherence to risk and compliance frameworks
• Ensure process documentation (SOPs) are updated regularly.
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities using LSS and other RPA tools
