Job summary

Role Overview

The Real Estate & Venture Coordination Manager will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and coordinating real estate and land-related opportunities from initial site assessment through transaction or project closure. The role involves conducting property and land site visits, market and project analysis, document verification, due diligence, and coordination with property owners, brokers, legal consultants, and internal teams.

The position will also oversee project documentation, approval tracking, risk identification, follow-ups, and preparation of structured reports to support informed investment and project decisions. The candidate should have strong real estate knowledge, excellent coordination and analytical skills, and be willing to travel for site visits across different locations.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct physical site visits and verify land and property details.
• Perform real estate market research, feasibility studies, and project analysis.
• Review and verify land and property documents, ensuring proper due diligence.
• Coordinate with property owners, brokers, legal advisors, consultants, and internal teams to facilitate transactions and project execution.
• Prepare and maintain venture-related documentation, checklists, and project records.
• Monitor property approvals, project milestones, commitments, and pending action items.
• Identify potential risks, documentation gaps, and challenges that may affect property transactions or project execution.

• Ensure regular follow-ups with stakeholders to resolve pending issues and facilitate timely closure of transactions and projects.
• Maintain accurate records of property visits, negotiations, approvals, and project progress.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth execution of real estate ventures and timely completion of assigned activities.
• Travel to various locations for property inspections, land assessments, and project-related meetings as required.

Experience and Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in real estate, land acquisition, property management, or venture coordination.
• Prior experience in real estate and land acquisition is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of land and property documentation, legal verification, due diligence, and property evaluation.
• Experience in coordinating with property owners, brokers, legal consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and coordination skills.
