MassMutual India is seeking a senior leader to establish and drive the AI Platform Engineering team, oversee RPA initiatives, and lead the Data Engineering group in India. The role requires coordinating with US leadership under the ETX strategy and implementing best practices across R&D functions.

You will mentor managers, manage budgets, and ensure security awareness while aligning with MassMutual’s values and growth goals in India.

Responsabilidades

• Lead establishing the new AI Platform Engineering team
• Support execution of RPA program, including bot development, and Robotic Operations (ROps) support across the bot portfolio.
• Lead the Data Engineering team in executing projects
• Provide technical leadership and liaison between R&D leadership team and GBS team.
• Ensure close collaboration between US and India in alignment with ETX vision and strategies.
• Implement best practices in collaboration with R&D leadership team.
• Identify and address process inefficiencies and skill gaps to improve India team’s performance.
• Support budget, staffing, and organizational planning for the R&D team in MM India.
• Act as a people leader for the team and provide required support and guidance to teams.
• Coach and mentor first-line managers to grow in their roles.
• Act as escalation point for people-related issues.
• Enhance security awareness across MMI.
• Lead performance reviews and compensation planning.
