Job summary

MassMutual India is seeking a senior data engineer to design and build analytics platforms. You will leverage 8-10+ years of data engineering experience, 5+ years with Python and SQL, and 4+ years with AWS and Airflow to deliver automated ELT/ETL pipelines.

You will work with relational, columnar, NoSQL data stores such as Vertica and Redshift, optimize SQL performance, and ensure data integrity. Strong modeling, analysis, and communication skills are essential as you drive complex data

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in data engineering, data design, and analytics platforms.
• 5+ years of hands-on development using Python and SQL.
• 4+ years of experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
• 4+ years of experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow.
• Strong experience designing and implementing automated ELT/ETL pipelines.
• Experience with relational, columnar, NoSQL, and cloud data stores (e.g., Vertica, RedShift, cloud data warehouses).
• Proven expertise in SQL performance tuning and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities
