Job summary

MassMutual India in Hyderabad seeks entry-level technologists to contribute to cloud infrastructure, developer tooling, and AI platform services under team guidance. You will write code and configurations, participate in reviews, and help ensure reliable operations across services.

You will gain hands-on experience with modern DevOps practices, learn from mentors, and work on meaningful projects that emphasize learning, growth, and collaboration within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• 0 to 1 year of professional, internship, or project experience in a technology-related area.
• Ability to correlate system level data through SQL or AI interface.
• Foundational understanding of programming, version control, operating systems, networking, databases, or APIs.
• Working knowledge of one programming or scripting language such as Python, Java, Go, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Basic awareness of cloud, containers, automation, monitoring, data, or AI/ML concepts through coursework or projects.
• Ability to break down a task, test changes, follow standards, and seek guidance when unclear.
• Clear communication, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Platform delivery: Complete well-defined tasks across cloud infrastructure and AI platform services with guidance.
• Automation and deployment: Contribute to scripts, configuration, and CI/CD workflows aligned with standards.
• Reliability and operations: Monitor service health, investigate alerts, document findings, assist with follow-ups.
• Engineering quality: Write readable, tested code/config, participate in reviews, keep docs current.
• Security awareness: Follow access, data-handling, audit, and secure engineering practices.
• Team collaboration: Communicate progress and blockers early, pair with colleagues, contribute to outcomes.
• Learning and growth: Build technical depth through hands-on work and internal learning.
