Orcapod Consulting Services in Chennai (Chetpet) is seeking a Senior Manager – RTR to lead financial accounting and reporting operations. The candidate must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant with hands-on SAP RTR experience and strong leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities include end-to-end RTR, GL accounting, closing processes, and financial reporting. Travel to client locations may be required; 5 days work from office in Chennai.

Qualificações

• Drive process standardization, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Leverage SAP for financial accounting, reporting, and process management.
• Lead and mentor teams, monitor performance metrics, and ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and business teams to resolve complex financial issues.
• Identify risks, implement corrective actions, and improve process efficiency.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – RTR to lead financial accounting and reporting operations. The ideal candidate must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in Record to Report processes, hands‑on SAP expertise, and strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Record to Report (RTR) operations, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of financial activities.
• Oversee general ledger accounting, month‑end and year‑end closing, and financial reporting.
• Manage account reconciliations, fixed assets accounting, and intercompany transactions.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
