Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional qualification preferred (CA/CPA/ACCA/CIMA).
• 4–9 years of RTR/Finance operations experience, with global/shared services exposure.
• Experience in leading teams in a large delivery environment and driving process improvements.
• Hands-on ERP experience with SAP S4 HANA, Oracle, and Blackline; strong Excel/finance reporting skills.

Responsibilities

Mandatory Requirements

• Proven experience in leading Record to Report (RTR) / General Accounting functions.


• Strong understanding of financial reporting, month-end close, and accounting principles.


• Experience in shared services / GBS / BPO environment.


• Hands‑on experience in ERP platforms such as SAP S4 HANA/ Oracle / Blackline.
