Job summary

Appsierra Group seeks an experienced AI Engineering Manager in Bengaluru to lead the India AI engineering team, driving architecture, development, and delivery of enterprise AI solutions across Midera's global operations.

You will recruit and mentor AI engineers, provide technical leadership, and contribute to high-priority AI applications and integrations, while collaborating with the U.S.-based Manager, Enterprise AI on structuring priorities and resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Approximately 10+ years of professional software engineering, cloud engineering, data engineering, AI/ML, or related technical experience.
• Strong Python development skills with hands-on software engineering experience.
• Experience designing and delivering production-grade enterprise applications.
• Demonstrated experience developing generative AI or LLM-based applications and working with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and vector search.
• Experience integrating applications with APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, authentication, authorization, APIs, security, source control, and CI/CD.
• Experience performing code reviews and technical design reviews.

Responsibilities
