Job summary

MassMutual India is seeking a strategic leader to establish and run an AI Platform Engineering team, drive RPA bot development, and lead data engineering initiatives. The role requires coordinating with R&D and GBS, aligning with ETX priorities, and guiding people across the Indian unit.

You will foster collaboration with the US and India teams, implement best practices, and mentor first-line managers to strengthen capabilities and security awareness within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead establishing the new AI Platform Engineering team.
• Support execution of the RPA program, including bot development and ROps support across the bot portfolio.
• Lead the Data Engineering team in executing projects.
• Provide technical leadership and liaison between R&D leadership and GBS teams.
• Ensure close collaboration between US and India in alignment with ETX vision and strategies.
• Implement best practices with the R&D leadership team.
• Identify and address process inefficiencies and skill gaps to improve India team performance.
• Support budget, staffing, and organizational planning for the R&D team in MassMutual India.
• Act as a people leader for the team and provide support and guidance to teams.
• Coach and mentor first-line managers to grow in their roles.
• Act as escalation point for people-related issues.
• Enhance security awareness across MassMutual India.
