Job summary

SV Management Consultants is seeking a senior SCM professional in Maharashtra to manage direct and indirect purchases, and oversee the complete supply chain from sourcing to procurement. The role requires deep knowledge of parts like sheet metal, steel stamping, bending, laser cutting, welding, fabrication, and job work activities, with strong negotiation skills.

Ideal candidates will have BE/DME/MBA and 15–22 years of relevant experience, plus proficiency in SAP and MS Office.

Qualifications

• BE / DME / MBA is required with relevant SCM exposure.
• 15–22 years of experience in supply chain and procurement roles.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and MS Office tools for planning & reporting.

Responsibilities

• Direct and indirect purchases for plant requirements.
• Full SCM function from sourcing to procurement.
• Experience with sheet metal, steel stamping, bending, laser cutting, etc.
• Knowledge of welding, fabrication, CED and job work activities.
• Understand plant consumables and BOC procurement.
• Strong cost negotiation and supplier management.
• Handle import supply chain including clearance and tracking.
• Manage inventory, material planning and SAP/MS Office tasks.
• Prepare MIS and reports for supply chain operations.
• Lead teams as a CFT member with strong coordination.

• Responsible for Complete SCM function from Sourcing to Procurements.
• Should have good experience in Parts like sheet metal, steel stamping, bending, laser cutting etc.
• Good knowledge of parts like welding, fabrication, CED and job work activities
• Good knowledge of plant consumables items and BOC procurement.
• Strong cost negotiation skills.
• Handle complete import supply chain, including clearance, coordination and tracking
• Manage inventory, material planning and SAP/MS Office activities.
• Prepare MIS, reports and ensure effective supply chain operations.
• Lead teams and contribute as a CFT member with strong leadership and coordination skills.
