You will build industry insights, mentor juniors, and help grow the consulting practice while delivering innovative, AI-enabled digital solutions for clients in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• 12–18 years of consulting experience with strong exposure to Automotive transformation programs.
• Domain expertise in Sales Transformation, Digital Retail, Marketing, Customer Experience, Dealer networks, Aftersales, or Mobility solutions.
• Strong functional and digital knowledge across automotive sales, dealer operations, CRM, customer analytics, digital platforms, and large-scale transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Automotive Transformation Programs – drive end-to-end consulting and digital transformation initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Mobility, Network & Aftersales.
• Own Client Delivery & Stakeholder Management – manage project execution, lead cross-functional teams, and engage with senior client stakeholders as a trusted advisor.

Your Role

• Lead Automotive Transformation Programs – Drive end-to-end consulting and digital transformation initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Mobility, Network & Aftersales.
