Capgemini Invent in India seeks a senior consultant to lead automotive transformation programs, driving end-to-end consulting and digital transformation across Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Mobility and Aftersales.

You will own client delivery, manage cross-functional teams, and engage with senior stakeholders as a trusted advisor, while supporting growth through proposals and new business opportunities.

Qualificações

• 12-18 years of Consulting Experience with strong exposure to the Automotive industry and transformation programs.
• Domain Expertise in areas such as Sales Transformation, Digital Retail, Marketing, Customer Experience, Dealer Networks, Aftersales, or Mobility solutions.
• Strong Functional Digital Knowledge across automotive sales, dealer operations, CRM, customer analytics, digital platforms, and large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Consulting Leadership Skills including stakeholder management, problem-solving, team leadership, business development, and exposure to AI‑driven transformation opportunities.
