Job summary

Capgemini India is seeking a senior AI transformation lead to drive GenAI and AI-SDLC initiatives across engineering teams. You will design RAG pipelines, embeddings, and AI-powered tooling while enabling broader adoption of AI-assisted software delivery practices.

You will coordinate with stakeholders, leverage GitHub, Jira, CI/CD, and SRE practices, and guide 300+ engineers through large-scale transformations for business value realization.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on expertise in GenAI, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Agentic AI, and AI development tools.
• Experience with Copilot, Claude, AI agents, and AI-driven software engineering practices.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale engineering transformations (300+ engineers).
• Solid background in Java/.NET, Microservices, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), DevOps, and SRE.
• Excellent leadership, consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
